Behold grand planet
Sixty-two moons all seasons:
Jupiter reigns king.

Thank you Nikki, it's an enchanted world that I spend time wandering through myself. Nice to meet you... thanks for following:-)
When I was a kid I loved astronomy and space. I used to be able to name all the moons of Jupiter. Nice haiku, it brings back memories of pleasant times with a telescope.Aurora Celesteyasff.blogspot.comdramaticthreads.com
Wow, I don't think I could name them all, but I sure love the planets... actually I am endeared to the entire Universe and all things living, large or small.
nice haiku! Nutschellwww.thewritingnut.comDropping by from the A-Z!
Thanks Nutschell :-)
Another nice haiku! I didn't realize that Jupiter had so many moons.
Sherry, Jupiter is so large it is said that they can fit all the planets (known) in the Universe inside of it. That's pretty danged big! It must need all those moons ;-)
Very cool, and Jupiter is the biggest of them all. :DKathyhttp://gigglingtruckerswife.blogspot.com

Thanks Joyce... I love the fact that we can, at times, see Jupiter from the ground with our naked eyes.
Thank you d~ :-)
Nice! I love how "behold" and "king" connect as in "royalty."
